" ... but be quick as you've only got until 21 January"

Is that when the site closes? :-S

Just popped up on GR's FB page ( added by an Aussie genealogy page)

"Save 50% of Genes Reunited premium subscriptions ... but be quick as you've only got until 21 January"

If you've been a member for a long time with just the standard membership then it is best NOT to let it run out because once you do you don't carry on getting the really cheap deal that long term continuous members get (think it is £8.96p per year). Once it runs out and you try to re-subscribe it goes back up to about 4 times as much.

Hello.
I haven't been around last few weeks as my subscription ran out on the 17th Dec and to be honest, I had enough expenses to deal with so left it to expire.

I clicked on renew and saw that for my Platinum sub it was on offer at £6 per month so £72.00 per year.

However I remember that all good things come to those who wait so I did and guess what?
Today I got an email offering me another 50% off if I rejoin. The same thing happened last year. So Ive renewed for a whole year for only £39.98 with unlimited lookups etc. Because I do a lot of family trees for myself and friends too, it saves me loads of money this way.

For those of you whose subs are due to renew, don't be hasty but wait a few weeks like I did and see what offer they give you, its really worth the wait.
