The last two I've rec today have turned up only in my 'promotions' box on email. Yet the running conversation I was having last night shows in 'Primary' & 'promotions' , wondering( idly) why that is? :-)

Err what is a promotions box (and primary box)?

I have them on googlemail Ann, the 'primary' is where most personal emails ( and bills) go, 'Social' is generally the FB notifications, and 'promotions' is usually retail notifications and advertising.

Ah, like folders? I have them but incoming mail doesn't go straight into them. :-)

Apart from the Inbox & Spam, the only other labels in mine are the ones I've created. There's been nothing new in those categories for ages. Emails certainly don't go in there automatically. You must be 'special' (or very organised!) :-D

I didn't create any of them they are just there lol,.Those are the headings across the top, left to right. then down the left side I have 'inbox, spam, bin etc.

I'm definitely not organised lol, ( ( my son despairs of my lack of organisation as it is, he can't understand how I can find Documents without having them in ordered files :-) )

How strange Rose, I too only have the ones I created (gmail). Perhaps they knew unless they created them for you you would be disorganised!!! :-D :-D
