I am glad he came home, he obviously likes the set up at his new home or he wouldn't have returned after finding the cat door locked to him.

But he came back so he knows where he lives now

Always a tense moment the first time you let them out. Sounds like he decided it was time anyway to reacquaint himself with his old haunts :-D

...at least he didn't think you were serious about not letting him back in :-D

I had not seen Jacky Milburn all day, his meat was uneaten and I had alerted the neighbour and the rescue centre that he was missing.

We thought he was still indoors until his daddy came in and he never came so, of course, the cat flap was closed.

Naturally, as soon as the rescue centre was alerted, he strolled in.

He had had to stay out all day because the cat-flap was locked to keep him in.

He must have had a very tiring day because he had his meat and a bit of a fuss and went to bed!

We had been told to keep him in for three weeks, which it was today, before we let him out but we thought we would leave it to the week-end when his daddy was at home all day.
