We visited Motown in Detroit a couple of years ago. It was great to actually stand in the recording studio where it all happened.

The MT show was playing in New York when we were there too, but why see someone singing karaoke when you have been to the real thing?

How great to still keep all the old school going. Are you a fan of Frank Wilson? Fabulous voice! I do a mean song with him too when I am in a housework mood. ;-) ;-)

Yes saw he'd died,

NS was/is my thing,MT threw out some good stuff.

Saw the MT story a a few weeks ago at the Shaftsbury ,,,,,didnt think a lot to it to be honest.over done in places,although the M Jackson take was good,he was on TV a couple weeks ago.

My nieces OH does NS nights up and down the country so get to still put a step about. ;-) :-D.

My real passion is Motown, obviously, did you know Dennis Edwards passed away in the last couple of days.

The Temps and Four Tops are now touring the UK. Only two of the originals left!
So sad. <3

Getting back to the subject in hand, I do a mean Brenda Holloway!

I put on a bit of loud.thumping Northern Soul and have a little fling about,,,,,,brings back memories of the Twiisted Wheel where you could dance all night and only buy milk to drink. :-D
and the Torch in SOT........great all nighters.
