Ahaaa what a good idea Florence - my machine does an automatic "stay signed in" when I close it down. Having done an actual sign off and on again I was presented with the option of using cookies or not, whereupon the list of names returned ! Looks like a change in options was made that needed me to verify with an OK before GR would reapply the usual list of names - Thanks very much for suggesting that - its usually me that says sign off and sign on again, but I didn't take my own advice! Well done :-) |

No change Brian, I think its a fairly new thing and personally find it speeds things up. |

In the past I used to be able to recall a word/name that I had previously used in a search when filling in a field name - say someones name or keyword. The names would appear below the field that I was filling in and would be selectable. This has stopped happening to my system, and so now I have to always re type a name even when using one that I previously used. Have I switched something off (e.g. cookies) or has there been a change in program for Genes reunited ? Thanks if anyone can help with this !! |
