On the subject of fish (and I love plaice), and getting back to the subject(ish) , why don't we know more about this lady (yes, I've had to go back to WIK)

Emmeline Moore (1872–1963) was an American biologist known her various articles on fish diseases and for her pioneering work in conservation and combating water pollution.

Why don't we hear more about her work?
