	She is not advocating eating a tin of anchovies daily although I think a daily jar of gherkins would be ideal.

	I had a sudden urge for anchovies a few nights ago - I have no explanation! :-S Fortunately I had a tin in - scoffed the lot - they were lovely :-D

	Bob, Sainsbury's gherkins are not as addictive as those from Lidl. I make this observation not from experience as we have neither of those stores in WA, but from the fact that Sharron has mentioned said gherkins in several of her posts whilst those from Sainsbury have never cracked a mention

	yes! an empty jar and nowt to put in it!! As it happens I had a Ham n pickle sarnie earlier and my gherkins came from sainsbury's!!

	I have succumbed and opened that jar of Lidl gherkins and am shovelling them in at rate of knots!
