OK I am in a rush but I will just pop on to GR and see what is going one. three goes and five minutes later you actually get on. Don't you get so fed up with wasting time? And banging heads against brick walls trying to get something done?

Don't hold your breath!

They take your money and that's all that matters to GR.

Yep still get the error page trying to change boards especially when first coming on in the morning
If the error had been logged and will be investigated then surely genes know why it happens

I was up early Sylvia

Went to bed early at 6pm as felt a bit orf!! Did watch tv but then fell asleep

Tossed and turned with several wakes and then finally needed the bathroom

Cat decided ok I was up so he wanted out and fussed til I came down and let him out

Soo .as you do , picked up the iPad and logged in.

Now the cat was out for yonks and as it was very cold and frosty I didn't want to go back to bed and leave him out

At 4 15 am he was back and I went back to bed

At 6.45 I woke up to the cat walking all over me . I hadn't secured the bedroom door and he was able to push it open

So here I am again ,on the iPad ,cat has been fed his morning wet food and yes he is out yet again

I have this site in my favourites and never log out. So I click on it and then it logs me on. I never have any problems with error codes? Am I the only one who doesn't?

SuffolkVera Report 18 Feb 2018 18:45

You're not aIone Florence. I very rarely seem to get the error message on the PC or the iPad. I always log out.

SylviaInCanada Report 18 Feb 2018 19:55

I never log out, have the bookmark set to open on the Boards Summary page, and I have trouble getting on to either the site or moving from Boards Summary to My Threads about 60% of the time at the moment, especially when I want to come on at about 7:30 pm my time (which is about 3:30 am UK time).

This all began in earnest about 2 weeks ago, before it was the occasional error

Bloody sites' a nightmare!!

Kense

Kense Report 19 Feb 2018 19:25

That's because it is getting clogged up. Stuff is being added all the time and like an old PC it will gradually run slower and slower unless some major spring cleaning is done.

In the old days large threads would mysteriously vanish when they got too big but that doesn't happen anymore.

It might help if sufferers who use the watched threads facility stopped watching the frequently used large threads.

changed to the .za site, to see if that's any better...
