If the child is like my daughter was at 3, she will be able to tell them what happened. Hope she survives the ordeal. It will probably affect her mentally too :-( :-( |

They wouldn't be able to use her evidence though although the police might act on it. Other cases of children in a car when stolen has never said claimed to be stolen that's why I wonder if it's as straight forward as a theft gone wrong. |

Might be interesting to follow the story. All other cars stolen with a child in were quickly abandoned where they could be found safely. :-S |

Was thinking that Pat, you got to be quite heartless to leave a small child in that situation unless you wanted to inflict harm....or maybe the driver ended up in the river...it’s a strange one :-( |
