Thanks Everyone for your concern over my fall.
It was a nasty one, but fortunately I landed on my good side. My phone (in it's padded cover) that was in my coat pocket took the brunt of it and survived! As did my camera that was around my neck at the time.
I did cut my knee and hand and the muscles in my shoulders and neck hurt for a couple of days, but I was lucky. It could have been a lot worse if I'd fallen on my bad hip and leg.

The worse part was shouting for OH but he was gone. I managed to turn on to my back, and from that into a sitting position, but I could not push myself up from there. Thank goodness that the phone survived and I could phone OH.
