John and Frank (1911) look to be twins. As another child was born 1917 and called Frank, presume the first one died - there are 2 possibilities bearing in mind where the family were in 1911/1913. I think the first one is more likely, though the second is just feasible

Vicky Report 26 Mar 2018 18:27

Good evening All,

I wondered if anyone may kindly assist me please I haven't got very far but if anyone could check my findings to date would help me to stay on the correct path.

I recently went to my friend Sheila's funeral in Jan this year and her son Christopher said we know rather a lot about mums side of the family but not much about dads side as mum got older she had forgotten and so has asked if I would research the Haywood family from Nottingham. Any help would be very gratefully received.

Facts first :
Haydn Haywood B:1922 D:1983 Married 1944 to Sheila Mary Binch B:1921 D:25/12/2017

My research on the Haywood tree this is what I found so hoping it is correct:
Haydn's mother was Lois Jukes B:c1877 in March she Married John Haywood B: c1877 D 1941 ( this would make sense as on Haydn's marriage certificate in 1944 states father John Haywood as deceased. I have checked the births for Lois Jukes and I think she had four sons:
John 1911, Leslie 1913, Frank 1917 and Haydn 1922 The Haywood family were from Nottingham, Basford and possible something upon Trent?

As mentioned it has taken me a little while to get to this point but I would love your support if possible to ensure I'm on the right track as I do not want to go off on a tangent! I did look at old censors which was rather exciting but need to ensure this is right first.

Thank you for reading all my spill - Kind regards really hope to hear back from anyone,

Vicky.
