I would much rather munch on my own left foot.

Personally, I hope that both Charles and Camilla slide gracefully into the night.

I do feel a little sympathy for Charles, after all he will soon be seventy and what has he achieved?

Caroline

Caroline Report 23 Apr 2018 22:52

He seems to have produced two great sons!

Allan

Allan Report 23 Apr 2018 22:55

Well I've produced a great son and daughter!

So?

:-D :-D

Caroline

Caroline Report 23 Apr 2018 23:01

You asked what he'd achieved.....but I beat you two great sons and a daughter :-P :-D

Lo! The agony & the ecstasy of British Royalty.

Pathetic!

How on earth can anyone say Charles has achieved nothing?!! The Princes Trust for a start, along with support for umpteen charities and patron for many organisations.
I think he and Camilla make a great team. I like him and her, and admire them both enormously.

Achievements?

Hard to come up with many but Adultery springs to mind!

Bunnyboo Report 24 Apr 2018 09:27

What a pompous comment!!! Most of the adult population are guilty of that and presumably condemned to hell fire, by the virtuous few! The late Princess wasn't exactly whiter than white!!

If Charles had been allowed to marry Camilla in the first place Diana would not have been duped into a sham marriage and unhappy royal life. William and Harry are a credit to her - no one can take that away.

I blame the parents.

Allan

Allan Report 24 Apr 2018 10:11

But, Magpie, what has he done?

Many people, Royal or otherwise, set up charities and trusts but what do they actuality achieve, apart from a big fat salary for the administrators?

Have the lives of those who are supposed to be helped by the said charities changed?

And what about those who don't comply with the requirements for help?

'The position of a man in any family is superficial & incidental, while that of a woman is fundamental & supreme'.

Well, if you don't know the effect the Princes Trust has had on changing the lives of some young people, then I can't tell you Allan. I suggest looking it up on Google - the information is all there!
