As a change from the dishcloths, I am doing a cushion cover for the big cushions I saved from the last sofas, big ones. Of course, I have bought bargain packs of yarn and you get what you pay for.

I started a new ball of yarn at the end of a row and, while I was knitting away without a care in the world, I noticed that it was just a long length of yarn that had come from the hank and that it was going to run out and have to be joined on. I had done a couple of rows which I really didn't want to unpick and, in the hope that the yarn would last until I came to the end of the row...................................................................I knitted quicker!
