:-( has anyone else had problems with genes reunited not taking subscriptions my family tree and all it's data has disappeared!!! Have used this site since 2006!! Doing my family tree I am hoping that they can retrieve it.

Even if you haven't paid a subscription your tree should still be available to you.

However they don't work weekends.

It usually taskes GR 3-5 business days to respond


But as Kath said, you should not have lost your tree ...... GR downgrades you to Free membership and your tree stays on site for ever more. There are actually more free members than paying members, and all have trees.

Are you sure that you are using the correct password??

you say that you have been using GR since 2006, BUT your profile (shown under your avatar) says that you have only been a member since 2012.

Is it possible that you have TWO accounts?

If so, the tree might under the other account. You will have to try to find your other site name and password.
