I really can't see Mary Berry doing that. I get the feeling that that woman can hold her drink.

Shouting at Norwich FC footballers while apparently drunk.

How did Delia look foolish?

Retire gracefully while you are on top I say. She needs to be careful not to end up looking foolish as Deliah ended up doing.

That woman from Strictly that's joined spoils it by her "dominance"

Don't think so. Bake Off is still as popular.

Perhaps some of the opinions expressed on the 'too many cookery programmes' thread is one cause?

I have always liked Mary Berry, from the time I was made redundant in 1980 and was able to watch day-time television for a while, so I watched Bake Off when it first came on, even although I am not very keen on Paul Hollywood.

We became a bit fed up with it before it went to another channel but I was pleased to see that Mary Berry had a similar show on the BBC.

We watched it last week and were delighted by it, such a gentle programme, I loved it.

It was so disappointing to read that few others shared my delight with the show. I will be sad if we lose it.
