I'm back. :-D

Tooth X-rayed and is fine. Dentist put numbing stuff on the inside split lip. Got to eat soft food for a couple of days and chew on apposite side to the front tooth; defo no spicy food at the mo cos it will sting.

When I looked at sunglasses, they were not broken but one lens badly scraped so been and chosen a new pair. They are prescription sunglasses so will be ready in a week or so.

Girls, I am doing exactly as dentist says cos I've always looked after my teeth since I knocked out most of my milk teeth in bits and pieces when I was a youngster and went over the top of my handlebars. :-D <3

Hope the only problem is a split lip. Good idea to get checked out.

When we fall as youngsters we just get up, dust ourselves off and think nothing of it, the other end of the scale is so different.

Off so the dentist can check my tooth. I tripped over the kerb spectacularly at the shops this morning and went flat! :-0

Glasses are fine, knee is grazed but split my lip and had a bloody mouth. A very nice young woman asked if I was alright which I was except that I thought I'd better get the tooth checked that I split my lip on.

Milk, yoghurt and cheese for a day or two because the split stings.

Came home, told OH and he had just seen a young woman fall and hurt herself too.

Thank gawd I broke no bones.

It's the silly season, I think ..... :-S

Don't care Belle - she'd be nesh when it's high 30s C ;-)
