i find the females harder to understand they speak so quickly, i wonder if they have a quota to fill :-)

I had big problems with them

My daughter gave me her apple 6 mobile as she bought a newer one

It needed a micro sim but mine took the bigger one

I rang virgin who said we have to send you a new sim with a new number but can offer a better deal than you have . Ok that sounds ok

The new sim arrived but I didnt activate it as in the meantime I found my old sim could be reduced to the smaller size

I rang immediately and cancelled the new one
But they charged me a months subs which I queried because it was cancelled immediately and within the 14 day opt out period
They did cancel but still charged me for a few day and gave me a credit for the rest but to the new account . It sits there with no way of me getting the money back

I have tried but it goes around in circles . Mostly males who I can't understand but the gist is that account doesn't exist !!!!

Whenever we have mobile phone problems we visit the nearest store, where the assistants can usually sort it all out on the spot.

There were 5 mobile phones in our household covered by 4 different networks.

Only my youngest was on Virgin Mobile.

She couldn't get signal anywhere else in the house except the far corner of her bedroom

We added an extension to the house and her bedroom was converted into a shower room.
She couldn't be expected to stand in the corner of the new shower to use her phone so, she switched providers!

Make sure they send you a RED sim card and not a purple one. There are lots of problems with the purple ones.

i really want to strangle someone
over a month ago my sons virgin phone was stolen. Claimed on thre insurance got another one. Because of upgrades in the area we had to change to new sims cards. The one sent for his stolen phone could not be activated in the new phone so over a week later a new sim arrived. After 5 phone calls phone still not working. As he does not live with me i have given 2 different call handlers a number they can call him on. I am piggy in the middle as the account holder and am sick of either speaking to people i can barely understand and vice versa or those who do not follow up. Nor can i find anywhere to make a complaint other than the call centre.
