Last night we went to a WI cheese and wine party because we must be up and coming or something. There was a very interesting illustrated talk afterwards about the first world war, which was really why we went.

Of course, being WI, there was a huge amount of food, and a great deal of bread, the remainder of which is soaking in my kitchen to make a bread pudding.

Can't let anything go to waste.

The bread and butter pudding was a bit good for tea.

Bread pudding is in the oven with a rice pudding at 100c for most of the rest of my life.
