Donkey's years ago my Mother used to cook a big dinner on a Sunday,

I loved it as did everyone else, Ellen included <3

Fly, none for me thank you. Not really keen on it but I could eat it if I had to. :-D

Awaiting the family's arrival any time after 1.30. Looking forward to seeing A again before she heads back to Chester with her boyfriend.

Made green salad, Waldorf salad but got to do the fig, mozzarella, Serrano and rocket one which needs the dressing to be fresh. 'Twill only take ten minutes to do.

New potatoes in pan and sweet potato, pepper, tomato, onion and chorizo mix ready to go into oven.

Made a lovely pavlova so just got to add cream, strawberries and grated chocolate to it. I bought a chocolate traybake so got a bowl of strawbs and Cornish cream to go with that.

Did not make my own garlic bread either - bought slices covered with cheese so ready to go really.

OH gone to watch the young un play cricket (first team so we are all chuffed). Shame I had too much to do cos it's a lovely setting down by the river.

Just having a breather before I shower and change.

Oops - gotta mix a jug of Pimms too.
