Brilliant, a fantastic tribute to all who serve/ served in the RAF! For all those who gave their lives protecting this nation, in particular my late father 1914-1942 who lost his life over the Netherlands before I was born. God bless them all. |

I know Kense but the powers that be decided to celebrate today. I was at the 50th anniversary. The Red Arrows were at RAF Benson for a few days and caused a problem with the aerial on the med centre :-S. Display for the 50th in front of the queen at RAF Abingdon. |

As ex RAF we are immensely proud to have served, they were so good, those on parade and those in the air. |

What a fantastic show! Made you heart swell with pride! Brilliant that women are fully integrated into the force. God bless them all and the Queen! |

We took the grandson and had a fabulous day. Well done all concerned. St James's and Green Parks were absolutely banged out with the crowds, as was The Mall. Must have been tens of thousands or more. |

Some of our friends went to Colchester to see the planes come over there. They tell me there were crowds there. It looked impressive on television and the timing and the formations were superb. |
