You know how people talk about what they did before they had children?

Well, OH doesn't go to work on a Monday so we go out somewhere, usually for lunch and usually we are on the look out for a place to take the old biddies.

We were saying today how we used to go into pubs for lunch on a Monday, but that was in the days before we had old ladies.

There’s probably more people in the same situation than you think!

Are there steps? Is the ground level? What about slopes? Are there disabled or accessible loos?
We’ve already had the ‘One old lady stuck on the lavatory’ & don’t want to repeat the experience :-0

That is just the beginning.

We are on to do they do chips and are the sausage rolls the right size? We went to one where Rosie was served a sausage roll that was too big!

Upon being taken to a nice little, local country house hotel for afternoon tea, exclaiming (loudly) 'Is this a proper hotel?' Presumably because there were no hordes of people checking in nor clocks showing the time in New York and Tokyo.
