Does anyone know how much a subscription is to Genes. I pay on a roll over thing and they do it automaticly and I know what I pay but if someone wants to join now with a basic sub how much would it cost and could I buy one for two other people?

£41.40 for an annual sub... I think!
Another version says £39.36 while I’m signed in. :-S

This is what it says when I go to "subscriptions":-

12 month plan £1.67 per month Save 10%£1.50 per month*
6 month plan £2.50 per month*
1 month plan £4.95 per month* SubscribeSave £41.40 a year compared to the 1 month plan* Prices above expressed monthly.
Actual payment will be taken in one lump
sum for full value of membership.

I don't pay that much though as I've been a member since 2003.

The £41.40p that Det. mentions is the saving for an annual subscription against a one month subscription taken out for 12 separate months (I think).

Hmm when I joined in 2006 it was £9.95 and I was hoping it would be about the same. I have an old relly in Ohio and I wanted to buy her a sub so she could view my tree. I was her bridesmaid when I was 9.

It is now much more expensive ................. long-time members have been receiving a "special" rate for years. They were once grandfathered in as a "thank you for your support". I'm always surprised when I still get it.
