GR does not offer that service. They direct you towards the source

https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/ for England & Wales. £9.25 for a paper copy.
Includes P&P.

£6 for a pdf version which you can access & download on line. Only B&D and certain year ranges are available
Births: 1837 –1917
Deaths: 1837 –1957

Scottish BMD are obtainable from https://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk
North Ireland from https://geni.nidirect.gov.uk/Account/LogIn

NEVER buy certificates for England and Wales from anywhere other than the GRO site.

Any genealogy site that offers you the opportunity to do through them will order from GRO and then charge you much more.

Some genealogists like to get certificates from the actual Register offices but many offices have now stopped offering the service, but they also charge more than GRO, and you have to provide a stamped addressed envelope of a certain size. This is difficult if you live overseas! You have to buy International Money Coupons, a large envelope, etc, and it all adds up to more than double GRO's £9.25 p&p included (even overseas).
