A great comedian and man. :-D

Apart from his brush with the tax Office I don't think that there was any other scandal surrounding him :-)

I saw him live on stage on many occasions; that was a fantastic experience :-D

One of Ken Dodd's jokes came up in another thread which made me think.

Once several people have died recently all sorts of nasty things have been revealed about them.

I remember thinking when Ken Dodd died that I really hoped nothing unpleasant would be unearthed about him, please not Doddy.

I have not been disappointed .
