Talking of cars... a cousin of mine, in about 1970, bought a Moskvitch (spelling?). It cost about £750, and came with a complete tool kit. By heck, it needed that tool kit. It sounded like a tank, and was about as easy to drive. He couldn't even trade it in as no dealer would touch it. We still rib him about it now. |
