	Afternoon everyone. <3 :-D I wish your OH improved health, Belle. <3 :-D Dermot, I hope it is not you! Did you see the recent programme where singing proved to be the best way to lift spirits? A choir, a local pub with folk group, a church group (but, sorry, D, it has to be a happy clappy one you visit or one where the hymns zip along at a lively pace and not a traditional slooooow dirge-type one). You could say you'd like to go to .... and need company to go with. Just a thought .....

	It is rewarding to remain a friend of anyone, a neighbour, a brother, a former work colleague. You might be the only light in their life. I'm surprised his GP discusses his health with you though :-0

	It's hard but rewarding work trying to remain friends with an ex-work colleague who, unfortunately, is currently suffering from Anxiety State, Neurosis, Depression & Psychosis - so says his GP. He's on medication by the barrow-load & rarely ventures outdoors. No family nearby either. :-( A sad & reclusive existence.
