Did anyone watch the programme about Prince Charles reaching 70 on the whole I thought it was very interesting but at the very beginning Camilla said he was a very loyal person, sorry but did I hear right but he was not very loyal to Princess Diana all right their marriage ended but he was carrying on with Camilla while he was still married,

FGS, that marriage was doomed from day one, and I think Diana had far more affairs than Charles, even breaking up a marriage. She was imo a very flawed, foolish young woman and clearly impossible to live with. Theirs wasn't/isn't the first marriage to fail, but most are behind closed doors! Charles should have been allowed to marry Camilla in the first place and if he had been, no doubt he would have been totally loyal to her which has subsequently been proved.

Sorry Maggie agree with some of the things you said but not all Charles was sleeping with Camilla the night before his wedding to Diana she loved him in the beginning yes she did have flaws who doesn’t and she only had affairs when she relized that he was keep on seeing camilla

I Dont like him or Camilla
How can he ever be the Head of the Church of England
When he is an Adulterer and Liar

Makes a mockery f the job
and shows no good example to the people :-D :-D

Christ is the Head of the Church of England. The monarch has the title of Supreme Govenor of th Church of England.

Charles doesn't deserve to be the head of the Tuffty club
let alone the Country ;-) ;-)

As far as i am concerned Charles should have been allowed to marry Camilla - who liked his sort of life and was his age. If he had he would only have been married the once.

He should never have been told to marry a Silly girl several years younger than him who had no interest in horses and country pursuits or leading a quiet life away from the media spotlight.

I would support Charles and Camilla if ever the time came - which I dont think will or if it does it wont be for long. I think they are very good for each other and look like a couple.

Nearly half the population is an adulterer and a liar, (what a quaint old fashioned expression!!) and I think the Church of England has plenty of room for repentant sinners, (another old fashioned expression!!) if we are to believe our bible. I like Charles and Camilla, not a Diana fan though!

Edward VII did an excellent job as king. Nobody cared much about his extensive love life. Chas is a paradigm of fidelity by comparison.

It is high time that the Anglican Church was removed from UK politics and the title of fid. Def. along with it.

Yes I did watch the programme and enjoyed it Linda.

As far as I'm concerned the past is the past.

Unfortunately Charles will always be judged, by many, solely on his first marriage. Heaven help us if we're all judged so harshly on our mistakes. I didn't see the programme but do think he has more about him than an 'adulterer' label.

Trouble is he is seen to be as many as a an adulterous half wit and Camilla as the wicked witch. Support for the RF has been flagging for decades.

It is obvious that the RF are employing a professional PR outfit to try and muster support, you only have to look at how the recent marriages were staged managed to see through that.
