When you say Records, do you mean people or things like census, baptisms etc etc?

If the latter, you might still be able to access them via her keepsafe if that had been opened to you. You’d need to download them to your own device then upload them to your own tree.

Is there any GR paperwork amongst your cousins effects? If so, her immediate nok may grant you permission to use her login details so that you can follow Rollo’s suggestion. They may be able to do it themselves.

You can email them at [email protected] and ask them to help.

Unfortunately my cousin is no longer alive and so that is not an option. We don’t know how to contact Genes Reunited to get full access.

1. Ask Yr cousin to export her tree to ged format.
GR will send it to her as an email attachment.
2. Yr cousin can now forward the ged file to you.
3. Import the ged attachment into Yr tree.

Nb: any existing data in Yr tree will be overwritten.
Pictures will not be transferred.
