Well what a nightmare on the flipping screens...I had steam coming out of me ears, till a very nice young man came to my rescue :-D :-D

Well I got 2 of something and wanted them in different colours...mr jobsworth vacant look said it all....ooooo could be a bit tricky cos I pass this ticket through to despatch :-0 :-0 which I may add is 2 feet away through a swing door, ‘‘twas a good job they came out of there as requested by coincidence
