If you click on the name of any member you will get a message form to contact that member. The URL will end with a number, that is that person's membership number.

If you click on mine you will get
https://www.genesreunited.co.uk/messages/new/828546

If you the edit the URL to delete that number and replace it with the membership number you have for your contact, and then press enter, then the contact form will change to contain the name of your contact.

If instead it says something like start typing the name of your contact, then that person no longer has an account with GR.

Can't really give you an answer, but could you put her name and year of birth into "search all member trees" and send her a message. If she is still a member then she will probably answer you.

I'm presuming that you are not normally in contact with her away from this site, otherwise you could just ask her.
