Well!

I don't know for sure but I had a message from someone in America who is a 5th to 8th cousin.

She has a tree going back to year dot. So I looked in her lists of tree names to look for a link from a surname or ancestral area.
She had Pembrokeshire ancestors on there ..... you will have to wait until I copy and paste my notes lol! :-D :-D :-D :-D

We MAY be descendants of WELSH ROYALTY and KINGS OF ENGLAND!
I have had a message from a 5th-8th Cousin in America from the DNA matching.

I've no idea where we are linked yet .... but she has royalty born in PICTON CASTLE, Pembrokeshire on her tree. I clicked on this and it led back to HENRY VI (father of Henry Tudor, Grandfather of Henry VIII) who were the Pembroke Castle Tudors.

HENRY VI's father was MAREDUDD / Meredith/ Meridth ApTUDOR , Lord of Penmynedd
BIRTH 1375 • Carnarvon, Caernarvonshire, Wales
DEATH 4 FEB 1461 • Grey Friars Church, Herefordshire, England.
Maredudd ap Tudur, and his uncles were prominent in Owain Glyndwr's revolt against English rule, the Glyndwr Rising.

It was the army of Henry Tudor (Henry VII) that defeated RICHARD III (who's body ended up in a Leicester car park)

So if this connection is true ....
My big brother as our Patriarch is going to reclaim the throne ;-) :-D :-D :-D

I have no idea if it's correct info or if it's a totally different line which has nothing to do with us, but it has given our family a good laugh! :-D :-D :-D
