My girlfriends grandfather was Victor James Tanner bc 1905. His wife Edith Fyvie bc 1904 and she died in July 1947. Victors mum was born or married in Battersea her name was Elizabeth Kendall, BC Aug 29th 1871.

I have info on the ship that they were passengers on that went to America and the date and destination. If you need any more info just ask. Im sure i can get a bit more info. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you could give his full name and approximate year of birth I'm sure someone will be only too glad to take a look and see if we can find anything.

If she has her grandmother's name as well that would help unless she already has their marriage.

My girlfriend who also has the same surname as me lol is interested in looking for family over here. She said her grandfather was from either England or Scotland but couldn't vibe sure which. What would be the best way of searching?.
