Hi, I haven't been on genes reunited for a while. I am a gold member but cannot access the information on census unless i pay to view. I can't contact genes reunited to ask them why, I have been able to view the census before but not now, I'm puzzled. Thanks.

use the following email address .....

[email protected]

GR staff work Monday through Friday, ca 8:30 am to ca 4:30 pm

They say they reply within 3business days.

However I do have to note that Gold Membership was done away with a couple of years ago ....... the only membership levels now are Platinum and Standard

Silly question if you haven't been on for a while have you been paying your yearly dues?? If not I believe you just become a standard free member so can do limited things.

Gold membership still exists for those who continue to renew at that rate, it is not available to members on different rates. See the T&C's.

I see on the copyright at the foot of the page, that Genes now admits to being owned by Findmypast Ltd, rather than Brightsolid which used to be there last year. That change actually happened some 3 or 4 years ago.
