I’m lolling to find where John hollingsworth was in 1891 .. he was born in ashover in 1869 Derbyshire to his parents John and Elizabeth Hollingsworth
He was with his parents in ashover in 1881 but I can’t find a trace of him in 1891 anyone help

He could have been visiting someone!
...or on board a ship....or had become an apprentice.

I found the brother of my g g grandfather in prison in 1851 :-S

...and one of my grandmothers in prison on the 1939 records :-S :-S

Try using his initials only to see if he is in hospital, asylum or prison ............... that is a common reason why someone cannot be found

Thankyou everyone in the 1901 census he was living with his wife Mary Ann in bailey square clay cross ... in 1911 mary Ann was a widower .. I can’t find his marriage or death registered .. I think he married approx 1892 ??
I shall try by just using his initial thankyou
