Should work. You don't pull down your name.

Open your tree.

UNDER your name it should say 'view other trees', click on this. Follow instructions as above.

I can only think that maybe you don't have any trees shared with you, even though the members said they have.

I cannot pull down my name so don’t get the message any other trees. I am a standard member so does that make a difference?

Open your tree.

Under your name, at the top of the page, is View Other Trees. Click on that.

The Tree Dashboard will open on the screen.

There are 2 tabs - My Trees & Trees Shared with Me. Click on the second one

If you've been given access to a number of trees, you can use the Search Tree Name Here box.

Once you've found the correct one, just click on the tree owners name.

I have been given access to other members trees but how do I find them?
