Can you talk us through how you or Chris have been trying to do it?

Sounds like you are destined to remain a shadow of your former self!! :-D :-D Where do you get to with changing it? Do you actually get the picture up in the box?

Thanks again for all your ideas,but OH has tried everything now and it still doesn't work :-S. It's not the end of the world but just so flipping frustrating.

..it only accepts pictures of a certain size too.

Jane, still trying? Where on your MacBook are your photos kept? When it gives you the browse option you need to go to where your photos are listed and highlight the photo you want to use then click open. This takes you back to the browse option and you then need to click to up.load the photo.

Did you click,,,,,,,,change photo,,,this opens where you then can browse what pictures you have on your pc,,,,,,

Kay I have tried many times to do what you have said and still nothing changes.
Beginning to think I will just stay as a shadow :-S

On this site most pc users go into--------- Account,

from there you can apply a chosen picture,,using browse and select from your saved images on your pc ,,,then click save.


some images it wont accept dues to the size..

Sorry, can’t help you Jane as I know nothing about MacBook but I do know that I have never succeeded in changing my avatar from my iPad. I can only do it from our desk computer. If I want to use a picture on the iPad I have to email it to myself and then open it on the desk computer.

I know this is no help to you but hopefully someone will be able to tell you what to do. Good luck

Trying to change my Avatar and having no luck. I have a MacBook and hope someone with the same might just be able to help me here. Thanks for any help. Nothing seems to work in getting a new pic up.
