It's windy out there.

Friend is doing well. Had a tootle around some of the villages on my way back ... for old time's sake. Very quiet indeed.

Ann, we enjoy cricket, probably passed down the line from my Liverpool Grandad who, apart from a daily newspaper, was only ever interested in two things - cricket and opera. :-D

Quite looking forward to it - especially as it comes with the hospitality package and we have a balcony overlooking the pitch.

Dtr stays at that hotel when she goes to Manchester on business (Hilton Gardens Emirates Cricket) so she knows it well and likes it.

There was only one little boy where we went and he played all day on a broken old boat in the shade Madge :-)

Yeah I always treat myself to a pamper, it was so hot even when the sun had gone down it was in the 80's. I was surprised to see families and young children not the sort of place I thought you would taken children.
