I am having trouble finding a birth certificate for my great ,great uncle. He appears in the 1891 census but no birth record.
If anybody has any ideas or thoughts on this would be gratefully received.

Edwin, George and John were all born Allen to Hannah (Ann Maria) Hickman and Joseph Allen.

I don't see a marriage to William and they are gone in 1901.

William's first wife was Caroline Fletcher.
