Afternoon Belle :-D :-D <3 <3

Put your sun cream on at least 20 mins before going out into the sun - read the instructions, it takes time to soak in and be activated.

Drink plenty of fluids preferably water - tea, coffee and alcohol are all diuretics.

Then enjoy yourselves :-D :-D :-D

It was over 30 C at 07.30 here now 38 and our hot water is very, very hot :-S and our cold water isn't cold :-0

Priya is lying on a wet towel. as she's been sunbathing again - we had to bring her in. :-0
