Don't expect a quick answer ........... they say they will respond in 3-5 business days.

They work Monday to Friday ca 8 or 8:30 am to ca 4 or 4:30 pm, UK time.

Sorry Island, it wasn't meant to be.

I wasn't doubting what you were told or posted.

Just that I have not seen any evidence ................. RR'd posts seem to take at least as long as they ever have, and responses to emails seem to take at least 3-5 business days.
