Yes I joined for 3 months and got it, a good deal I thought although the promotion thing on this site didn't actually give me the discount. I emailed them and they gave me a refund of £19.

Do you already have a sub with them Ann or are they trying to randomly hook you in?

My sub is due on 19th March -£152.99 with 15% 'loyalty' discount on renewal.
Last year was £119.99
2021 was £101.96

Not so keen to keep existing members!

The 40% discount is only for a 3-month sub to Plus or Pro membership, and the offer is only valid until 3rd March.
I expect you have to pay the normal price after those first three months.

Perhaps people aren't renewing (or starting) membership if they're having difficulty meeting other costs at present.

I'm very tempted..
That's where I found my granny in prison on the 1939 register, and details of my g g grandad's brother's escapes from Peckham Asylum (he was actually put in prison, for derailing a train, but transferred to an asylum, as the Parish paid for that, rather than the Government). Interesting letters between the head of the Asylum and Palmerston.

I'm sure I could find more miscreants amongst my ancestry :-D :-D
