Has anyone on here had or have one that I can PM with about how it made you feel, symptoms etc?

I have a huge hiatus hernia

Wasn’t aware till on holiday and was getting enormous acid reflux which was unusual

It got worse so was referred to hospital for investigation and was confirmed I had an enormous hiatus hernia

It’s been controlled by many years by omeprazole

Scans now for lymph node cancer show the hiatus hernia :-(

I have leant what not to eat or drink that will cause pain and acid indigestion :-0 :-(

Was told it’s not a practical surgery option as results aren’t good so live with it it

I can't eat solids as it comes back up so everything has to be liquidised or be mushy like scrambled egg, I am also having 2 complains a day, I'm in pain a lot and am having an operation 23rd this month.
