Just had a cloudburst :-0 :-0. Thunder and lightning on top of each other then heavy hail and rain :-0. it knocked me wi-fi out :-0 :-0

Only lasted about 10 minutes but long enough to make Ralphie a quivering wreck :-( <3

Well so much for getting on with sorting things here...

Daughter and I got side tracked looking through cookery books which came from my in-laws' house.

One gives a suggested menu for each day of the year..... I shall not be keeping to today's suggestion :-0

No idea how old that book is, but it does suggest that roasting is best done in front of the fire.
