From a regular source. It does annoy me when going on on line companies such as Amazon who you have dealt with a lot for along time, and you find they have again updated their site so you have to concentrate to get it right. :-(

Like the minimum spend to get free delivery increased from £25 to £35 and I use Amazon regularly but didn't notice.

So now I have to make sure I get either my spend over £35 or look extra hard for the product from a company that do free delivery! Takes a lot longer now.

I order what I need to order and not whatever they want me to spend. :-D

2 weeks ago I ordered from a company I have ordered from many times over many years and never had a problem. A couple of days ago I went to check if they had an item and the whole website had changed. 1st thought was a scam site so left it and checked again , it was the same. Then I received an email telling me they had updated and hoped I liked the new format. No I don't!! Compared to the old way everything takes longer to find and you have to keep looking at each item to see if the size you want is available where before you could use a filter so you only saw the items that had stock in your size. They also upped the p/p charges a while ago from unlimited £10.99 to £15.99 per year. Still worth it as I do order a fair bit from them for me and the family. If I get used to it they will most likely change it again. lol.
