Sheila I could sit at meets and listen to the three of you the whole time. Mind you its good to have a sense of humour sees you through a lot, think if I took all of my stuff seriously I would be seeing the men in white coats

Sheila I suffered it for 8 years after leaving home for my first property - obviously the stress triggered it. I finally found my cure when someone suggested taking Aloe Vera juice .............. stopped it after just 2 weeks :O)))

As a sufferer from IBS -D since 1979, I would welcome hints and tips and I'm sure there's lots more of us out there... Getting rid of the ex worked wonders for me...although mine had its origins in a bad attack of food poisoning that sort of never quite went away, there is no doubt that stress makes things far worse.
