I Have the same thing ladylol, mine is due to an accident 3 years ago plus the side affects of Fibromyalgia... its an awfull thing at our age ( i am 42) and so upsetting and frustrating, i do know how you feel xxxx |

I'm only 39 too Lorraine and even though I have a very good long term memory I can forget what I was about to say or say things the wrong way round. think its stress and tiredness. its really frustrating i rang my son up the other night on mobile he is meant to be in at 10 i shouted down the phone where are you he said in a sleepy voice in bed lol. poor lad had been in bed a hour |

I hope it is OK for you today Ladylol. If it makes you feel any better, I mix with a lot of people 20 to 40's and they seem to have the same problem. I think the pace of life is quite fast and there is a lot to think about, and our minds are not necessarily focused on what we are doing. x |

Lorraine, good luck for today, hope all goes well. I have a problem with my memory, but I know this is connected to an illness I have, I put things I need to remember on my mobile with an alarm, problem is I often turn this off and still forget these things. M. |
