Penny, I have started to sort it put. I have one of those big plastic storage boxes and am putting all my Genealogical printouts into it. Not getting very far though. Lol |

Have you covered your flat with all that paper now that Collette's away? |

Thanks for all your good wishes. I am feeling a bit chirpier today although the rain has been pelting down all morning. I think I must find a new interest and direction. Maybe a U3A course would help. |

Jim, I too wondered if you were a SAD sufferer. I know a few people in work who suffer this condition. Good luck at Doccy's. x |

Jim, it certainly sounds like depression to me (like many more people than you realise, I also suffer from depression and the feeling of apathy and demotivation fit to a tee) Please go and have a chat with your GP. If that is what you are suffering from, he will discuss with you the best way to deal with it (and these friendly ears here will help no end.) I hope you are feeling more yourself soon, Claire xx |

Hi Jim Count your blessings I myself would just like to be ABLE to go out for a walk I once suffered from depression and sometimes it comes back but I found out it was dairy foods that affected me even yet after years if I drink milk ect I wake the next morning with a terrible feeling of dread and all I want to do is howl my eyes out so i'd say look to your diet and try and cut out anything that affects you adversely I am severely disabled and can't walk more than a few yards yet I used to be very very active that;s why i'm saying to count your blessings God Bless Anne |
