I know Mags. I'm a natural blonde remember? lol Only prob is I don't watch Little Britain so missed the Dafydd signifcance of only gay in the VILLAGE. Trawled every single thread (except one) over and over again for a post at that time. Finally went to the Village in desperation et voila! Daisy |

*huffs* 'but one' ?? 'in desperation' ??? LOL Glad you got there in the end. I'm naturally grey - better to have a 'blonde moment' than a senior one! |

Jan...and Rick :-) Glad you liked the flowers, you are very welcome. Andy, i must confess your village comment gave me one of the answers, i thought it was a clue, so went looking and made a note of it but i wasn't too sure, then i saw Ricks clue and went looking again!! how silly!! anyway i eventually sent it in, so thanks for that one :-)) As for the shopping list, yes it was me that had a playmobile portaloo....or £6.51, i thought it was really clever untili i heard about Paul's potty! lol I also went for a toy camel but blew the budget on the Sahara map...i wouldn't have thought of the sandpaper Paul...very clever :-)) It was great fun, and all the better for giving us all a chance to catch up now that the Sahara is getting closer. Mags - I know but it's such a daunting thread. So much of it and it didn't occur to me that anyone would be mean enough to bury any treasure there! lol Paul - got a link for the beanie camel? Daisy |

Actually my arm's healing so slowly I think you'll all be taking turns carrying my rucksack! Did I only adopt a camel Jan? Oh knickers I thought I'd bought it. Thanks Rick, I do try although I have a feeling any ladylike behaviour will go out of the window on this trek. Met an old lady in November, 90 if she was a day and quite an intrepid traveller who had been to the Sahara several times. 'Well of course dear' she boomed in her jolly hockey sticks voice in earshot of at least 200 people, 'you do know the best way to stay cool in the desert is to wear no knickers don't you?' Daisy |
