Member Since: March 2005 Posts: 7,047 Send Message	Just an update on my thread about my month old grandson Davey.They have done ultrasound today and says that he will have to have operation on his stomach to rectify the problem. The operation will be done in the next couple of days at either Pendlebury Childrens Hospital which is quite near about 4 miles away and is a very fine Hospital. Or Alder Hey at Liverpool which is about 40 miles away so we hope it will be Pendlebury it will be best alround.Thanks for your good wishes on my other thread God Bless You All. Davexx UPDATE IT IS CALLED PYLORIC STENOSIS!!!! UPDATE DAVEY TRANSFERRED TO PENDLEBURY CHILDRENS HOSPITAL! FURTHER UPDATE THEY HAVE TO GET HIS BLOOD RIGHT FOR OPERATION AND IT MAY BE THURSDAY BEFORE THEY DO IT! BUT HE LOOKS FINE AND SEEMS TO BE GAINING WEIGHT SINCE ON THE DRIP! HIS BLOOD IS FINE NOW AND THEY WOULD HAVE DONE OP TODAY BUT SURGEON WAS CALLED TO DO A TRANSPLANT WHICH IS MORE SERIOUS!
