Morning all, Where's the coffee... that's better. Spent yesterday evening having dinner in a friends garden overlooking the Bosphorus Strait, from the Asian sideof the city. As the lights came on the whole scene changed, Magical. Made me realise just how much I'm going to miss the city when we head down south... Hi Jacqui, I'm sure Dave, Tony and the others wouldn't mind having another friend around to help stock up supplies. Tony's really good at keeping us stocked up. Vicki, yet again we miss each other, one of these days we'll hook up. Who was the musician? Lynn, You're seats are reserved girl! We're managing the place this year, with a view to taking it on lock stock and barrel next season. I'll mail you and tell you what Bilo wants to re-name it...lol... loved the Tia-Maria bit! Afternoon all, All systems go here, climbing my way up paperwork mountain, only five whole days to go and then I can say bye-bye classroom, and school. We move next weekend, out of the city and to the beach. Can't wait. Dave, Bilal has recovered from his trip, but came home to find the new addition to the Adiyaman clan happily making herself at home. He said 'well I suppose thats two lots of bones to fall over now' ..lol.. she's a cappuchino coloured Golden Retriever, and we've called her TIA. I get the feeling I could be upstaged over the next week... Lynn, wish I could get to the Welsh meet. One of these days there'll be a meet that coincides with my trip to the UK. Unless we have a mini meet in the bar of course! Tony, hope you had a great birthday. You'll no doubt be really looking forward to your UK trip (have you told Barbara yet you're heading for the nearest records office :))... dave, are you and the misses coming then? welsh meet eh! i suppose someones got to do it. can't get to scottish ones, so the next best thing eh! lol found a pub/resturant over looking the marina, one that we can hogg all afternoon. boats sailing by, tourists being tourists, and seagulls shitting lol. no dave, just fancied a meet, get em all together, so far about 11 excluding partners, hopefully about 20 will come. you'd be more than welcome, would be great if magi( if you are out there) could come, as she's partial welsh. lynnxx

Morning all, Hi Vicky, we should have a cyber party for Tony's birthday... then we can all get together at the same time for once! Well folks the end is nigh... after a stressful year with my 8th grade they graduate today. Huge ceremony planned, they've played up at every rehearsal ( I've even been dragged out of a high school class to sort them out:)), no doubt there will be tears before bedtime, but they'll come through on the night...I hope... lol We're off to Didim for the weekend house-hunting, not looking forward to the journey, but this means the move is definite! More next week... so dont worry if you dont hear from me for a few days... Dave, Bilal is still steaming about falling over the Golden One's bone ...lol... and I'm still laughing... Hi Dave and everyone We are all smiling in some parts of Oz today we have had some decent rain..hopefully the start of many rainy days. I live on the border of Victoria and NSW and we are also in drought, have been for four years...It is so bad the houses are cracking in some parts because the ground is sooo dry. Hi Dave, and everyone. First sign's of winter to-day here in Melbourne Victoria. Been preety dry in Oz ( in General ). Might sound a bit strange to some, but we need rain, and lots of it,( to fill our water catchments. ) otherwise we will be in trouble come summer. N.S.W are in a drought at the moment, so send it down huey...lol Hi Magi, hope you are well. My footy team is starting to find a bit of form,( Magpies ) so fingers crossed we keep it going. Most Victorian's follow A.F.L ( Australian Football League ) Sorry, i dont follow Rugby code ( its a different style of Footy alltogether than A.F.L ) and most followers are in N.S.W There has, and will always be, a rivalry of who has the better footy code......but to give you an idea....we can get 100 thousand people into our football ground to watch a game of A.F.L, at any given time during our finals.
